These screw-on handcuffs were used by the Carabinieri in Italy in the 50/60s. They are forged and polished and have a beautiful patina. Each piece is unique. The crossbar is moved up or down with the wing nut. It is then no longer possible to escape. A padlock can also be used to prevent the wing nut from turning. It was given the name Bagno by collectors because of its shape. The handcuffs are fully functional.
